It’s that time of the year where we can all start to bust out our grills. In my opinion, grilling is THE BEST way to cook meat – other than over an open-fire. You don’t even have to be a grill master to create a delicious meat out of a piece of meat and a few simple spices.
This grilled pork tenderloin couldn’t be easier. We’re utilizing honey, balsamic vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes to ensure this piece of meat is flavored to the max. Before putting it on the grill, be sure to thoroughly coat the tenderloin in the balsamic honey mixture.
Usually, you can expect to grill a pork tenderloin about 20 minutes per pound of meat. I used a 2.5 pound pork tenderloin for this recipe. We always recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure the pork is done before taking it off the grill. You want your thermometer to read 165 F.
Be sure not to skip this important part – let your meat sit before slicing it up. You want to give it about 10-15 minutes of rest before you cut into it.
After you’ve sliced up your tenderloin into perfect portions, you can serve it up with your favorite starches or veggies. We recommend roasted broccoli, baked sweet potato, or a crunchy slaw.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pork tenderloin
Instructions

Put all of the ingredients in a freezer bag and mix well, covering the pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill the pork until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with your favorite vegetables on the side.
