Q: I purchased a product but I haven’t received it. Where is it?

If you’re expecting a physical product:

Check the description of the product you have ordered to see whether it is a physical or an electronic product. The majority of the products we sell and recommend are e-books and e-courses.

If you are expecting an electronic product: 

All electronic products should be delivered straightaway. It may be that the email containing the product has been classed as junk and put in your junk or spam folder, so check there first.

If you’ve checked your junk mail folder and have multiple email addresses, please ensure that you are checking the inbox for the email address you bought the product with. Please also ensure that you entered your email address correctly. If you find that you have provided an incorrect email address, please contact the product manufacturers.

If you have checked your junk mail and used the correct email address but have still not received the product, please contact us using the form below, providing the following information:

Q: I have lost all of my computer files. Can you resend a file/product?

All of the books included in the above list come in e-book format only.

Q: I am not happy with my purchase. Can I get a refund?

We have a thirty-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. To get a refund, please contact us using the form below, providing the following information:

Q: How do I cancel my meal plan subscription?

We will then cancel your subscription and send you confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
