Decadent, dark, and delicious – all of these adjectives perfectly describe these dark chocolate almond blondies.
If you thought your days of blondies were done, surprise! We’ve got a 100% paleo recipe for you that will satisfy your craving for this dessert.
Like I think my mouth just watered typing that out.
Here’s how this is going to work. First off – don’t forget to preheat your oven. Do this first so you’re not stuck waiting around for it to preheat. I’ve only made that mistake at least 219238423987 times. 😉
Next, you’ll take all your “wet” ingredients (+ coconut sugar) and mix them well in a bowl.
In a different bowl, gently mix all your “dry” ingredients. Then carefully pour this mixture back into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well to incorporate.
Spray a baking dish with your favorite non-stick spray. Trader Joe’s has an amazing coconut oil spray. I also like the avocado oil spray from Chosen Foods brand.
Put in the oven. Bake until you can insert a toothpick into the middle of the blondies and it comes out clean.
There you have it.
Bookmark this one, crew. You’ll want to make it again and again.
