Hamburger Steaks With Stroganoff Gravy

November 8, 2014 By Katie Milton Leave a Comment

There are two secrets to making this Hamburger Steaks with Stroganoff Gravy recipe incredible: apple cider vinegar and arrowroot powder. The apple cider vinegar provides a tangy buttermilk flavor that is usually associated with heavy cream and cooking sherry. The arrowroot powder thickens the gravy and makes it, well, more gravy-like and extra delicious! This would also go wonderfully with a fresh chopped spinach salad and a rosemary vinaigrette. Coconut oil can be used in place of grass-fed butter or ghee to make this meal paleo (rather than primal). This is a hearty and satisfying meal that will make any belly happy! Hamburger ...
