Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and cook for 1 hour on a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Once potatoes are done, cut open, and stuff with shredded chicken. Place back into the oven for 15 minutes or until middle is warmed through. After that, garnish with fresh chopped green onion, sliced avocado, hot sauce, and/or a fried egg. That’s it!
