Lettuce isn’t the most exciting of foods but it’s really good for you, so rather than munching down on a boring salad, throw it in your blender with some fruit, and you’ll have yourself a treat rather than a wet pile of leaves.
Lovely Lettuce Smoothie
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 2 Pears (peeled and cored)
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 2 cups Water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
