Cellucor Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 2½ scoops Cellucor Mint Chocolate Chip Whey Protein (paleoso)
- 8 Egg whites
- 2/3 c Rolled oats (paleoso)
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/8 tsp Pure mint extract (a few drops)
- Nonstick spray
Instructions

Preheat waffle iron and blend all ingredients in blender.

Spray waffle iron with nonstick spray before pouring batter in. Air on the side of “less is more” when filling the griddle with batter, as it tends to expand as it cooks and it will spill over the sides if it’s over-filled.

Store waffles in freezer-safe Ziplock bag in the freezer. Simply pop pancakes into toaster or microwave for one minute before adding your favorite topping. ENJOY!
