This hash is delicious all by itself, but when you add the egg, it’s even better. The herbs add a savory flavor that blends well with the egg. Leave the skin on the sweet potato for more texture and flavor. You could add some spice to this by adding some crushed red pepper flake or cayenne pepper. This recipe is classic paleo. It includes eggs, bacon and veggies. Using a muffin tin to make the eggs is a simple way to create the sandwich top and bottom. When it comes to Paleo breakfast, this one is pretty much perfect. Baking the egg in the ham makes the egg even tastier. You could swap out the sweet pepper and cilantro in this recipes for different herbs, like oregano, basil, rosemary or thyme for a completely different flavor.
