This recipe is such a pleasant surprise. The cinnamon and nutmeg add a comfort food feel to this healthy breakfast. The hot grill pan creates a decadent caramelization to the honey that adds a beautiful color and flavor. It’s good hot or room temperature, and is great for a lunch box as well.
