Often all that’s needed to turn a bland, simple meal into a delicious one, is a good garnish, sauce, or dip. Our Zesty Veggie Dip packs in plenty of goodness, packs a punch taste-wise, and is super simple to make. Try it out with your favorite or regular meals to see if you can’t add a bit of variety to your eating habits.
Zesty Veggie Dip
- 3/4 c Almonds
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/3 c Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Dill (dried)
Add everything to a blender and puree until a smooth consistency is reached. You might want to rotate between speeds to make sure that all the large chunks are pureed.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and dill.
Serve chilled with veggie sticks. For an extra kick, consider adding cayenne!
