When it comes to parties, appetizers can start the shin-dig off in the right way. But here’s the thing – I don’t like to spend a whole lot of time on them. I’d rather spend that time deep cleaning, decorating, or putting some time into desserts (come on, you know that’s my fav…)
So, I’m always on the hunt for super easy appetizers that I know my friends will love. I think these tuna cucumber bites hit both of those points pretty easily.
Protein-packed tuna and crunchy seedless cucumber makes a great combination. When you combine the tuna with onion, garlic, dill, and lemon, it really pops on the tastebuds.
When it comes to picking out a high-quality tuna, we have a couple of favorites. Wild Planet is our go-to brand that can be found in most grocery stores (PS – you can also find it on Amazon). If you’re a Trader Joe’s fan, their canned albacore tuna is another option. Lastly, Pole and Line – found at Whole Foods – is a favorite as well.
