  If you’re paying attention to the acid/alkaline balance in your body, you’ll want to try this easy and tasty apple cider recipe, which will help to promote alkalinity. This would also be delicious as a pre-made batch of cold apple juice. Delicious Apple Cider 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar1 tsp Honey1 1/2 c Hot water In a small pot bring 1.5 c water to a high heat.While water is warming, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp honey to a coffee mug.Once water is warm, add to the coffee mug and stir ingredients together. I think the photo speaks for itself with this recipe. Warm chocolatey goodness. The perfect way to wind down at the end of the day or a healthy treat to keep the kids on board.
