Lemon Rosemary Crock-Pot Pork

Pork often gets overlooked in the paleo community, but it can form the basis of some delicious, hearty meals. Play around with the herbs in this meal to adjust it to suit your household, and enjoy. Lemon Rosemary Crock-Pot Pork 4 lbs Pork tenderloin ((cut into 2 inch thick chops))1 Lemon4 cloves garlic ((smashed))2 tbsp Rosemary1/4 c EVOOSalt and pepper ((to taste)) Put three chops into the Crock-Pot, and top with two cloves of smashed garlic, one tbsp rosemary, half the EVOO, and the juice of half the lemon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.Layer the remaining three chops on top and repeat.Cook on low for seven ...

Looking for an aromatic butter to add to your food and snacks? Look no further. This butter smells like Christmas, and it's great on Paleo Butter Biscuits, added as a dollop to morning smoothies, and on a spoon right out of the jar! Enjoy. Crock-Pot Fig Apple Butter 6 Apples ((diced (removing the skins is optional, and this recipe turns out fine with the skins intact, so I don’t recommend the extra effort)))20 Figs ((dried, stems removed and halved))1/2 c Pure maple syrup1 c Water3 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Cloves1/2 tsp Nutmeg2 1/2 tbsp Butter Place all the ingredients into your slow cooker, and mix well. These mushrooms are simple to make and will fill your belly with lovely, warm goodness. This recipe makes a healthy side or starter. Hungarian Mushrooms 2 sticks Butter6 packages Fresh whole mushrooms3 tbsp garlic ((minced))1 tsp Salt1/4 c Coconut milk Add everything to the Crock-Pot, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.Garnish with dried dill, smoked paprika, and sea salt.
