Scrummy Chicken Salad
- 2 oz x 10cans Chicken breast
- 3 Hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cracked pepper
- 1 Stalk celery (finely chopped)
- 1 c Red grapes (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- Sprinkle of dill (to taste)
Chop, and dice eggs, celery, and grapes. Gently mix them all together in a bowl.
Add canned chicken breast to the eggs, celery, and grapes.
Add seasonings and sunflower seeds, and drizzle the melted butter over everything.
Mix lightly, and serve in Bibb lettuce leaves on on a bed of fresh baby spinach.
