Paleo Spiced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 14 oz Coconut milk
- 2 cup Water
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Anise pod
- pinch Nutmeg
Instructions

Put the cocoa powder and honey in a saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk until smooth and add the coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring the entire time. Add the cinnamon stick, anise pod, and nutmeg, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove spices and serve.
