I love salmon because it’s so easy to cook. You can bake it, grill it, cook it in the skillet. Whatever you choose, you really can’t go wrong.
We’re baking for this recipe. This salmon is a perfect weeknight meal if you want something upscale, but not difficult.
It requires few ingredients and no special skills. Serve it with steamed veggies and a salad for complete healthy meal.
Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 lemon sliced
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Put the salmon filets on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with dill, and lay a few lemon slices over each piece.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked to your liking, and serve.
