Grilled peaches are an easy summer dessert, which bring a lot of color and fresh flavor to the table. The coconut cream comes from refrigerating a can of full fat coconut milk. Once cold, the coconut cream will separate and move to the top of the can. Simply scoop the cream from the top and add to the grilled peaches. Honey and cardamom round out the flavors in this delicious dessert.
