Ingredients
- 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 can Coconut milk (diced)
- 2 c Bone broth*
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Cracked pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Melt butter in the bottom of a large soup pot, and lightly sauté minced garlic.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine, and heat on medium high until it comes to a light boil.

Simmer for 20 minutes or until the bay leaf becomes fragrant.

Garnish with fresh or dried herbs to taste.
