This is the easiest recipe. High flavor, little effort - just how I like it.
You can call this a healthy tuna and noodles if you want, but we just call it delicious. It comes together fast, and tastes great, and best of all won’t weigh you down like traditional noodles do. And it's definitely keto.

Keto Curried Chicken Stew
Are the cold days still lingering where you are? If so, this delicious stew will hit the spot.
This easy chicken soup is perfect comfort food for cold day. It’s creamy and filling, and loaded with protein and fiber thanks to hearty greens and chicken breast. And it definitely helps you stay keto.
It’s richly flavored with curry powder, ginger, and coconut, so it warms you up from the first bite.
Coconut oil is an underrated star in this recipe. Coconut oil has a controversial past, but we think it can be beneficial in a well-balanced, whole foods diet.
This recipe is also great because it sneakily adds in vegetables in the form of ...

Lemon Caper Tuna Wraps
Canned tuna is one of the best proteins out there — it’s super nutritious, and requires absolutely no effort, just open the can and eat. That being said - quality is important.
If possible, we advocate for choosing brands that are sustainably sourced. Choosing a brand that says the tuna has been caught by pole and line is something I try to do. This means that the fish were caught one by one - not by using a big net that scoops up a bunch of other marine life at the same time.
I like the brand Wild Planet, Ocean Naturals, and the Whole Foods brand.
These easy lettuce wraps require pretty much that same amount of effort as opening a ...

Chicken Bacon and Ranch Salad
I'm not going to lie to you - I think this might be the recipe that I've been most excited about in quite a while. Chicken. Bacon. Ranch. Salad.
Yes, you heard that right.
A delicious, creamy salad dressing filled with herbs is perfect on a salad topped with crispy chicken breast. Crumbled bacon adds saltiness that compliments the crisp greens nicely.

Loaded Turkey Noodle Soup
If you’ve got leftover turkey from a big family dinner, or maybe a holiday celebration, this is the perfect way to use it.
A comforting bowl of noodle soup, made with zucchini noodles, of course. Shredded chicken works just as well here, so feel free to make the swap if that’s your thing.
This maaaaay not be as good as your grandma's recipe that was passed down through the generations, but it's a close second! And - bonus - it's got all the ingredients to make you feel amazing.

Bacon Beef Tenderloin with Garlicky Greens
You don’t have to go to your favorite steakhouse to get a good meal — you can make one at home, and it’s easier than you think. This beef tenderloin cooked with bacon and served with garlic-flavored greens is filling, delicious, and the perfect dinner in.
If you're anything like me, you like to have at least one more side with dinner. My boyfriend would argue maybe two or three ;) The greens make a nice addition but might I also suggest some mashed sweet potatoes - if you have room for the carbs - or cauliflower tabouli.
Enjoy!

Dijon Seared Pork with Roasted Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts
You know that dishes that sound so delicious and fancy that you're too intimidated to even try to whip them up in your own kitchen?
I've definitely been there before. For me, it's fish. I find fish really intimidating to cook. I blame it on my midwestern, land-locked roots.
This recipe might sound the same by the title, but I promise it's not!
This dish sounds amazing and impressive, but it’s actually as simple as smearing a pork chop with mustard and searing it in a hot skillet to lock all that flavor in.
When served with roasted veggies, you’ll never miss those high carb meals again.
Just because it's keto, doesn't mean it ...

Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs
Cilantro and lime always reminds me of the rice from Chipotle. Anyone else? That's the first time I was introduced to that flavor combination (way back before my nutrition days), and I always loved it so much.
There's just something so delicious about cilantro paired with tangy lime. And put it on a chicken thigh, and it takes it to the next level.
These chicken thighs get a tangy flavor from a combo of cilantro and lime, and are then served with a decadent side dish of blistered tomatoes and cauliflower rice.
It’s a decadent tasting meal that you think is complicated, but it’s actually pretty simple.
It's perfect for a date night ...

Lemon Caper Chicken with Mashed Cauliflower
Lemon caper chicken is delicious for lunch or dinner - or even leftovers the next day! It takes about 30 minutes to come together - which is pretty fast no matter how you look at it.
Get the cauliflower going and you can cook the chicken at the same time. Consolidating cooking tasks is one of my favorite kitchen hacks.
The lemon and capers in this dish give it a delicious tang that can’t be beat, and served with mashed cauliflower, it will feel like a comforting meal you thought you’d never eat again. For extra nutrition, serve with a small side salad tossed with olive oil and lemon juice.
