Perhaps you experienced a reduction in symptoms on the diet but you do not want to stay on AIP indefinitely. Trying to identify trigger foods is an important part of getting the most out of the AIP. Going through a focused reintroduction phase is critical in discovering food triggers and sensitivities.

Intermittent Fasting 101: How To Get Results
Intermittent fasting (IF) has been around since the time when our Paleolithic ancestors walked the earth. They didn’t have grocery stores, refrigerators, restaurants, microwaves, or convenience stores. Nevertheless, they were able to overcome periods of famine.
How on earth did they do it?
Well, it certainly wasn’t by eating five to six small meals every day. Instead, our ancestors naturally used intermittent fasting. Of course, they didn’t know they were doing this. And, frankly, they didn’t have much of a choice. Food had to be rationed. They had to adapt. So, they likely ate about twice a day.
The point is that our ...

The 12 Foods You Should Buy Organic And The 15 You Shouldn’t
One of the biggest complaints I hear from people who are trying to eat healthier is that organic foods is expensive. Well, they're right. Organic food is more expensive than regular food. For proof of that, see this University of Texas food science article.
There are a number of reasons for this:
Organic foods come with higher labor costs.
Organic farmland only accounts for about 1% of farmland worldwide.
Organic certification costs dolla dolla bill, ya’ll. It’s not easy or cheap to get the organic stamp of approval. Costs range from $400 to over $2,000 for this.
Organic farms are not usually able to ...

The Best Chipotle Paleo Hack – The Double Meat & Guac Bowl
I love Chipotle.
I really do. It's actually sort of a problem.
I used to do the burritos. I slowly graduated to the burrito bowl to make my Chipotle habit "less bad."
However, for the last six months, I've been using my favorite Chipotle hack to make Chipotle more paleo-friendly, to get more food, and to pay less.
Here's What I Do
I walk up to the bar.
"What can I get you?"
"I want two sides of steak (or other choice of meat) in a bowl."
"That's it?"
"Yes, and I'd like guac."
"Guac is extra."
"I know. That's okay."
What they end up doing is scooping two sides of steak into a bowl. What most friendly Chipotle members ...

A common mistake people make when they switch to the paleo lifestyle is not taking in enough healthy fats, which are important for satiety and getting through workouts.

A lot of the fats consumed today are highly processed fats which are designed to be nonperishable. This allows them to have longer shelf lives, which is great for ...
