What Is Whole30®?
Whole30® is a free program which aims to change your life in just thirty days. The idea is to cut out all potentially problematic foods from your diet for one month to let your body reset and recover, so that you can find out which foods your body can and cannot tolerate.
Since it began in 2009, hundreds of thousands of people have seen amazing results from taking thirty days out of their lives to prioritize their health.
Why Do It?
Whole30® is based on the idea that certain food groups might be negatively impacting on your health without you even knowing about it. It aims to help you tackle the following issues, all of which are directly linked to the food you eat:
- Erratic energy levels

What Does It Involve?
The Whole30® plan is very similar to paleo. It’s about eating real food, plain and simple.
Do eat:
- Meat
- Seafood
- Eggs
- Vegetables
- Some fruit
- Healthy fats (from fruits, oils, nuts, and seeds)
Don’t eat:
This program is really simple. There’s no need to complicate things by worrying about sourcing grass-fed beef and organic vegetables. Just focus on eating the right foods.
Because this program aims to reset your body, you can’t cheat. Even one bite of an inflammatory food would break the healing cycle, so, to do this, you have to commit.
But as well as resetting your body, Whole30® aims to reset your mind. This means taking a break from calorie counting, agonizing over food choices, and weighing and measuring your body.
Should You Do It?
If you suffer from any of the issues mentioned above, or you’re just curious to see if you could feel better by eating healthy food, you should definitely try out Whole30®. After all, what’s thirty days compared to a lifetime of good health?
