Most candy bars are a complete no-go if you’re paleo, but that doesn’t mean the cravings go away. So the usual thing to do when you need a sugar fix is to research paleo versions of non-paleo treats. But, as delicious as these paleo treats are, let’s be honest. Most of the time they’re just too complicated and time-consuming to be all that practical. So we’ve put together the No Bake Paleo Candy Bars recipe so that you can prepare treats with no fuss and pretty quickly too. Yum!
No Bake Paleo Candy Bars
Calories 1140 kcal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 c Walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Almonds (slivered)
- 1/2 c Almond butter
- 1/3 c Honey
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Instructions

Melt together chocolate chips, olive oil, almond butter, and honey on low in a large saucepan. Mix well until it has a nice, smooth consistency.

Once melted, stir in coconut flakes, nuts, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon candy bar mix into even dollops across baking sheet.

Refrigerate candy bars on the baking sheet for thirty minutes or until hardened.

Store in plastic Ziplock bags in the freezer.
