Cooking with a crock pot is so simple. Just throw the ingredients into the pot, set the cooking level (I almost always use "low"), and then wait. Sometimes the waiting is the hardest part, especially with this delicious version of paleo pot roast. The pineapple does not over power with sweetness and if you like ginger, don't be afraid to increase the amount listed below. The long cooking time makes all of the flavors subtle and the meat finishes pull-apart-tender and juicy. Yum.
