Apple Green Smoothie
- 1 Apple
- 1 cup Spinach
- Handful of fresh parsley
- 1/2 inch Fresh ginger root
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
