Scrummy Primal Tortillas
The arrowroot powder used in this recipe gives the tortillas their pliable texture and acts in a similar way to the binding agent of gluten. These tortillas are delicious with a capital D, and can be used for savory or sweet dishes, depending on the seasonings. Add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla if you will be using them for a dessert. Enjoy!
Note: These tortillas use grass-fed butter and are therefore primal rather than paleo. To make them paleo, simply use coconut oil instead of butter.
