The Ultimate Fatty Slider
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 6 strips bacon
- 2 Avocado (thinly sliced)
- 1 c Onions (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp Paleo mayo
In a large skillet, brown six strips of bacon.
While bacon is cooking, mix ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt together in a large bowl.
Form ground beef into six thin patties and set aside.
Check on bacon and set aside to cool when finished.
Using the bacon fat, sauté onions in the pan. Set aside when complete.
Using the bacon fat, cook burger patties in the pan on a higher heat for about five minutes on each side.
Once burgers are complete, top one patty with caramelized onions, two strips of bacon, avocado slices, and 1 tbsp paleo mayo and “sandwich" it with the second patty.
