The paleo egg bake is made with sweet potato, eggs, onions, brussel sprouts, coconut oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Sweet potato contains vitamin B6 which plays numerous roles in our nervous system, many of which involve neurological (brain cell) activity. B6 is necessary for the creation of amines, a type of messaging molecule or neurotransmitter that the nervous system relies on to transmit messages from one nerve to the next. That is something that’s gonna give your nerves the full throttle to slay the day. Eggs, meanwhile, will give you the essential protein that is very helpful in giving the body the ability to build muscles.
To make this egg bake, you need to add the sweet potato, onion, brussel sprouts, and coconut oil in a medium bowl. Use your hands to mix it well, coating the vegetables with the coconut oil. After that, evenly distribute the sweet potato mixture into 4 individual ramekins or croquettes. Then, crack an egg on top of the mixture into each one.
