- Stevia (or other sweetener - optional)
Instructions
-
Using a hand juicer, juice limes in a blender.
-
Roughly chop spinach and add it to the blender.
-
Add a few cups of water to the blender, so that everything liquefies easily.
-

-
Add remaining cups of water along with thinly sliced cucumber.
-
Mix well using a long-handled spoon,
-
If you like pulp, the juice is now ready to be served over ice cubes and garnished with lime or a cucumber wedge. NOTE: This is not the best beverage to serve on date night. Watch out for spinach in your teeth!
-
For pulp-free juice, allow the limeade to steep in the fridge for about 3 hours before straining.
-
The juice is quite refreshing without sweetener but if you prefer something sweeter, I recommend keeping the batch unsweetened and adding sweetener to each individual serving.
-
Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Will stay fresh in the fridge for about 3 days.
