Cherries are naturally delicious and tasty even if you’ll eat them on their own. But it is even ridiculously delicious when you make them into a refreshing smoothie.

In this recipe, we used sour cherries and have mixed them with lemon, banana and honey. Making a smoothie is so easy that it only has three steps. Yes, three steps!
First, put all ingredients in the blender.
Next, blend ingredients until smooth.
And lastly, serve.
You can make smoothies as easy and quick as 1, 2, 3. Tart cherries and lemon get a sweet boost from honey in this treat like smoothie. If you can’t find sour cherries, you can sub raspberries for a similar flavor profile. Perfect for the hot days during summer and holidays if you want fruity sweet drinks.

- 12 tsp Honey
- 1 cup Sour cherries (frozen)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 Banana
