Smoked Coconut Chips
Ingredients
- 2 cups large flaked unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon Coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Toss the coconut with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag.

Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Bake for 10 more minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
