This recipe will do just that. Raspberry lemon is one of the most beloved flavors. When the fresh fruit is added to filtered water, you get a light, refreshing way to add a little zing to your water routine.
If raspberry lemon isn’t your jam, you can experiment with any combination of flavors you’d like. Strawberry mint is one of my favorites.
You can drink as much of this fruity water as you want, as it’s got no sugar, carbs, or additives. If you’re looking for a way to get hydrated with flavor, this is it.
Raspberry Lemon Infused Water
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 1 pint Raspberries
- 1 quart filtered water
Put the lemon and raspberries in a quart sized jar and pour the water over. Put the jar in the fridge and chill. You can drink the water right away, but the longer you let it chill, the more flavor you’ll get.
