Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 ripened avocado pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup Full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
