- 1/3 cup Pineapple
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 2 Kale leaves
- ½ Cucumber (peeled)
- ½ cup Coconut water
- ½ cup water
- Ice
Instructions

Blend all ingredients and gradually add ice. You may need less ice if the fruit is frozen rather than fresh.
