These little onion bombs make for great snacks, party food, and starters. They’re pretty easy to make and it’s fun to get a second pair of hands involved, so see if your kids want to help you make them.
Paleo Onion Bombs

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef (you know the clean kind)
- 3 Onions (large)
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Egg (whisked)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Tin foil
Instructions

Put ground beef into a large bowl.

Add spices and whisked egg to ground beef. Mix well. Get your hands dirty!

Slice onions into halves and set aside the largest chunks to wrap around the meatballs.

Form meatballs to match the sizes of the onion peels. They will vary.

Wrap meatballs in onion peels and cover with tin foil.

Pre-heat charcoal grill to medium - medium high.

Place tin foil-wrapped onion bombs on the grill for about 10 minutes on each side - for medium. Don’t worry if you leave them on a little too long - the onion will keep the meat moist.
