To prepare the avocado, simply, slice your avocado in half length-wise and carefully remove the seed from the middle.
Hint: the easiest and least messy way to remove the seed is to chop your knife into the top of the seed and then twist the knife. The seed will fall right out. Just be careful to not cut your hands when chopping the knife into the seed.
To begin to make this quick and easy recipe, you will want to start by preheating broiler to high. Then simply drizzle the avocado halves with honey and lime juice.
Broil for just a few minutes, pop it out of the oven and sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Voila, you have a broiled avocado snack or side dish made for royalty!
