Ingredients
- 2 Zucchinis (medium, peeled and diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt (plus more for sprinkling)
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions

Place the zucchini in a colander and sprinkle lightly with salt.

Let drain for 15 minutes.

Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor (except for the salt and lemon juice).

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides periodically.

Add the lemon juice and salt to taste.

Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Stir again before serving.
