It’s time to put that Instant Pot to use! These easy fish filets are everything you need to satisfy your family for dinner.
Incorporating high quality fish into your diet on a weekly basis is important. Fish is rich in fatty acids that have amazing health benefits for our body. Not to mention, it is rich in protein and great for keeping you feeling full, satisfied, and healthy.
Sometimes, readers of this blog will write us and ask the best ways to prepare fish dishes. There are a ton of different ways to do it – whether it’s broiled, grilled, baked, pan-fried. The options are almost endless.
But the recipe this week takes things to the next level. Seriously – it is the EASIEST way to do it. All you need is an Instant Pot. It takes 10 minutes total. Wham. Bam. Done.
When choosing fish, I’d recommend going with a hearty, thick variety like salmon, halibut, or swordfish. This will hold up best in the Instant Pot.
And other reminder (because sometimes I forget), remember to seal your Instant Pot before you steam your fish. I have left it on “vent” more than once. *Face palm.*
To make this a complete meal, serve on top of your favorite greens, alongside cauliflower rice, next to your favorite roasted veggies. However you choose to do it, you can’t go wrong.
