Missing your sweet Danish or donut? This sweet breakfast will conquer that craving. This is technically breakfast, but you’ll think you’re eating dessert. Grilling bananas brings out a natural sweetness.
Grilled Cinnamon Bananas
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil (unrefined)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
In a small bowl, combine the unrefined coconut oil and cinnamon.
Stir to combine.
Peel the banana and cut in half.
Use your hands to coat the banana halves with the cinnamon coconut oil mixture.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Add a small dollop of coconut oil to grease the pan.
Once the coconut oil melts, add the coated banana.
Grill 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
