Ginger Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Zucchini (small, grated)
- 3 Eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, and spices in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Whisk well and add to the dry.

Brush a loaf pan with coconut oil or cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
