Citrus Romaine Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 orange peeled, with white pith removed
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1 head Romaine lettuce roughly chopped
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
