Cabbage & Apples

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cabbage (small head)
- 1 White onion (small)
- 1 Granny Smith green apple
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions

Slice apples and onions into equally thick slices

Sauté on medium in coconut oil for 3-5 minutes or until slightly soft.

While they are cooking, slice cabbage into thin ribbons.

Add cabbage to apples and onions and sauté for another 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook - it is best while still a little crisp.

Just before serving, stir in balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
