Ever craved for pizza on a Saturday morning? Well, here’s a quick and easy way to fulfill that pizza cravings! Make your morning insanely better by trying this Breakfast pizza. It also makes a great weeknight supper.
Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
For Crust
- 1 1/2 cup Cauliflower (shredded)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
For Pizza
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 lb Sausage
- 1 tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Add the ingredients for the crust to a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to mix the ingredients until well combined.

Pour the crust mixture onto a baking pan lined with foil. Shape the mixture into a pizza crust shape. Use your fingers to create a raised ridge around the edge of the crust.

Bake the crust in the oven for 12-14 minutes.

While the crust is cooking heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and brown. Remove from the skillet ad transfer to a bowl and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes. Beat together 2 eggs and add to the bowl with the sausage.

Remove the cauliflower crust from the oven. Pout the eggs and sausage mixture into the crust, being careful not to let any spill over the edges.

Return the crust to the oven nd bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the eggs have set.

Remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
