One of the things we are asked most at UPG is about Paleo-approved drinks. Soda, the form that comes in a bottle at the convenient store, is definitely not approved.
That doesn’t mean you can’t have a better version though. For all those soda lovers reading this post, this one is for you.
Blueberries provide the base for this soda. That means that it will not only leave you feeling refreshed, but it also has some incredible health-promoting qualities. In fact, blueberries are known to be powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight against free radicals that can damage your cells and DNA.
The little berries are also high in micronutrients like vitamin K, vitamin C, and manganese. And while they are very delicious baked in your favorite summer dessert or thrown on top of a salad, this drink is a fun way to switch up your blueberry routine.
A sweet refreshing drink that will make you forget about those sugary, high carb sodas. It’s easy, bubbly, and delicious.
