Apple Spice Green Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple peeled and grated
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Ice
