If I get to look for words to describe this, paleo zab soup is the Avenger of the Paleo diet plan! It is a group of vegetable ZAB (Zuchinni, Arugula, and Basil). This menu proves three is better than one. You should really not miss to prepare and eat this.
The first vegetable ingredient, Zuchinni, is a very versatile vegetable. It is a very low calorie vegetable – good for low calorie diet.. That’s 40 to 50% lower than the same serving size for other low-cal green veggies like broccoli and Brussels sprouts. It also contains good amount of potassium that is good for the heart.
The second vegetable, the Arugula, is a less recognized vegetable but provides many of the same benefits as broccoli, kale and Brussels sprouts. It offers anti-cancer molecules that specifically fights Lung and Colon cancer, prevents Osteoporosis, and Diabetes.
The third, the Basil, has properties that can help prevent the harmful effects of aging. Basil extract was effective at killing off harmful molecules and preventing damage caused by some free radicals in the brain, liver and heart. With all these information of the Big trio of vegetable, it is guaranteed that you will be offered with great health benefits!
To prepare the Paleo ZAB Soup, you have to heat oil on high first. Then, add the diced onion and sauté until tender (3 to 4 minutes). Next, chop garlic and add to pot, then turn heat to medium-low for 5 minute. Then, add the sliced Zucchini to the pot. Add in lemon juice and pinch of salt.Bring pot contents to a simmer over high-heat, cover, turn heat down to low, and simmer 5 minutes. After that, stir contents and cook for another 10 minutes (or until zucchini is tender) . Next to that, pour the soup into a blender or large food processor, and add the fresh basil and arugula directly into the blender (be cautious not to overfill the blending device and always cover the top with a kitchen towel). Lastly, Garnish with chopped basil and hot sauce.
There you have it. Just follow the steps and enjoy the paleo zab soup.
