Ingredients
- 1 Star fruit (end trimmed and sliced)
- 1 Grapefruit (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Apricots (pit removed and sliced)
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions

Add the prepped fruit to a bowl.

Zest the lime into the salad.

Squeeze the juice from the lime over the fruit and gently stir to coat.

Add the honey to a bowl or cup. Whisk to whip, until no longer translucent.
