I love Chipotle.
I really do. It's actually sort of a problem.
I used to do the burritos. I slowly graduated to the burrito bowl to make my Chipotle habit "less bad."
However, for the last six months, I've been using my favorite Chipotle hack to make Chipotle more paleo-friendly, to get more food, and to pay less.
Here's What I Do
I walk up to the bar.
"What can I get you?"
"I want two sides of steak (or other choice of meat) in a bowl."
"That's it?"
"Yes, and I'd like guac."
"Guac is extra."
"I know. That's okay."

Chicken with Chipotle Gravy
3 Garlic cloves ((minced))1 Onion ((small, diced))1 in Chipotles adobo sauce ((7.5 oz can))3 tbsp HoneyAdditional Stevia ((to taste))1 tbsp Coconut oil ((for frying))
Add garlic, onions, honey, Stevia, and chipotles along with their sauce to blender.Blend until the ingredients are fully combined and have become a smooth mixture.Warm the cooking oil in the pan.Add chicken breasts and sauce to the pan.Simmer on medium-low for about 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle.Serve with steamed cauliflower and spinach.
