There are three things that I love about these plantain buns.

The arrowroot powder pretty much eliminates the banana flavor.

Paleo Lunch “Buns"
2 Yellow/ripe plantains1 tsp Sea salt1 c Arrowroot powder
Preheat oven to 375 F.Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.Peel and dice plantains. Toss them into your blender.Blend plantains on high until they reach a nice, smooth consistency.
