Sweet and Savory Chicken: Maple Mustard Almond Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Almonds (coarsely chopped)
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast (pounded to an even thickness)
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Whisk the mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar in a small bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the almonds.

Brush each chicken breast with the mixture and roll in the chopped almonds.
