Sunny Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers seeded and sliced
- 1 Red onion sliced
- 3 mandarin oranges segmented
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
